Direct customer contact with our engineering staff and managers in Port Talbot, we are close to you and your business.
Our customers have their equipment related problems dealt with there and then by persons they come to know and trust, they know when they put the telephone down how long the service engineer will be and can plan accordingly.
PARTS AVAILABILITY
We are connected to the Nissan Forklifts, Kalmar and Combilift parts intranet for fast parts access and order processing.
Parts supply for the equipment we sell new or used is excellent by any standards in our industry

Notwithstanding acute skill shortages our outstanding employment package and our positive working environment attracts service engineers second to none in our industry
Our engineers are fully skilled and fully trained in the products we sell
All of our engineers have well maintained, modern vans which are fully equipped and we use fully skilled engineers for servicing and workshop overhauls. In this way we always have a surplus of skilled engineers occupied with non urgent work, who can instantly respond to a customer call out
SERVICING STANDARDS
Proper preventative maintenance from our skilled engineers will avoid costly breakdowns
Our first time fix is monitored and we are achieving better than 99% performance levels
Our recalls are minimal because our fully trained, fully skilled men do the job right first time
We offer a maximum 3 hours on site response to customer emergency call-out 24 hours 7 days
